for the first 3 use weights if you have them i use a 20lb weight vest and put (2 and a 1/2lb) weights on each ankle </description>

So first you will really need to warm up... just do whatever you do in the gym before a hard climb



The sequence

Pick a hold... hang for 4 seconds, rest for 4 seconds

                      hang for 6 seconds, rest for 6 seconds

                      hang for 8 seconds, rest for 8 seconds

                      hang for 10 seconds, rest for 10 seconds
