Mr. Spidermans Awesome work out Plan
Do each one twice
6 days on 1 day off for rest



1 min 90* Bent Arm Hang

1 Sloper and Crimp Dead Hang

Pen Touches

30 sec L-Hold

40 Push Ups

15 Chair Dips

1-2min ½ push up

Pull Ups

Campus Board Laps

Weighted Climbing

Strech

for the first 3 use weights if you have them i use a 20lb weight vest and put (2 and a 1/2lb) weights on each ankle

Yea... except honestly, i haven't tried it yet. I'm using my not having a hang board as a lame excuse to start later.... hahaha

Especially with the new pump rocks they have hanging in-front of the campus board! anyone seen those?

Are there any other exercises that anyone can think of that might benefit climbing?

Favorite Crag to Climb At... : for proximity, Dodge, otherwise the entire dirty south
Climbing Style of Choice... : powerful with big moves, maybe a heel hook here and there, and of course a requisite toe hook.
Routes or Boulders? : boulders
Favorite Crag Food : PBJ or subway 'five, five dollar footlong'
